OH済VVT-iプーリー（13050-46010）Oリング＆樹脂リング交換済 新品ドレンボルト＆シールワッシャー付
1JZ-GTE 2JZ-GTE VVT-i 可変バルタイプーリー中古品をベースに分解洗浄、シール類交換、ピストンリング交換後、純正新品と同トルク管理にてボルト締付組上げ、調整をしております。 ギヤハウジングを防蝕塗装しております。 オーバーホール後未使用です。
適合ＶＶＴ-iプーリー純正品番「13050-46010」
使用Ｏリング及び使用ピストンリング（樹脂リング）は純正のリングを解析し同等の材質で製造しております。樹脂リングは耐摩耗性の添加物を配合により摩擦抵抗の軽減と長寿命も期待できます。
VVT-iドレンボルトとシールワッシャー（プーリー中心ボルトのシールパッキン）の純正パッキンも付属となります。
購入したままそのまま取り付け可能です。
完成した状態でのお届けとなります。
純正部品ではＯリングやピストンリングの販売はされておりませんので、プーリーＡＳＳＹでの交換が必要になります。 こちらの商品は装着場所の規格に合致した適切なＯリング、ピストンリングを特注で作成して組み込んでおります。
新品ではなく中古品をベースにオーバーホールを実施したものになりますので使用に影響のない若干の汚れ、腐食、傷 がある場合もありますのでご了承ください。 保管中の腐食防止のためにオイルを全体に塗布しております。
